Shady business, with no accountability for their actions! My girlfriend pulled in, for a car wash, and their machine broke the rear wiper and passenger side mirror. When we tried to complain, they said that we had no proof of what had happened. We showed receipts of how much was paid, and the time we went through, and they still denied, and took no accountability, for the damages done. I wasn't looking for a big pay out, just something to fix the damages on her car...
Ripped my windshield wipers off! Filled out their silly incident report that turned out to be a joke nobody will ever call you back! If this has happened to you don't be afraid to file a claim with your insurance they are 100% liable and will have to pay your deductible and no your insurance will not go up since it was NOT your fault! You tried to defraud the wrong person FRED!
Good price and fast... for a quick wash is good ..
There always there to assist you and even if your car doesn't come out clean they will let you pass it again.
Love the monthly subscription this place gets packed tho.. suggested time is going in the AM on weekdays from 10 to maybe 1 and weekends? It's always ... Always packed! So I only recommend going if your not gonna vacuum..
